Plain Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There will be no indication of the product contents on the exterior of the package.

To further protect your privacy, the sender name displayed on shipping labels may appear as a neutral business name and will not directly reference TouchReal or the products contained within the shipment.

Secure Packaging

All packages are carefully sealed and securely packaged before shipment to help ensure that your order is protected throughout the delivery process.


2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Fast Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Warehouse Fulfillment

Orders will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible.

If an item is temporarily unavailable at a local warehouse, we may ship it directly from our international fulfillment center to minimize unnecessary delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.


3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Final shipping costs and delivery availability are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

United States

Orders over $99: FREE Shipping

Orders under $99: Flat Rate Shipping of $7.99

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • U.S. warehouse shipments: 2–5 business days

  • International fulfillment center shipments: 7–15 business days

  • U.S. Territories

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

Orders over $119: FREE Shipping

Orders under $119: Flat Rate Shipping of $19.99

Important Notice:

At this time, products are shipped exclusively from our U.S. warehouse. If you would like your order shipped to a destination outside our currently supported shipping regions, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

The final carrier will be selected automatically based on the destination, shipping method, and warehouse availability.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs processing fees, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country or region.

Customer Responsibility

Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Import Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Adult Wellness Products can be legally imported, possessed, and used in their destination country or region.


6. Delivery Issues & Claims

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review and verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

TouchReal is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unrecognized address information provided by the customer.

Missing Packages

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local shipping carrier.

Claims regarding missing deliveries must be submitted within 7 business days from the date marked as delivered by the carrier.

Third-Party Forwarding Services

Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise affected after being handled by third-party forwarding, reshipping, or package consolidation services.
